He has an uncaring demeanor each time I’ve seen him. He desperately needs to show empathy towards patients. He would do well to at least act like he cares. He is nothing like Dr Prybis , the NP and all the nurses for Dr Prybis. Mr Gravett is too quick to say just have to live with it. If I hadn’t asked, he wouldn’t have ordered diagnostic test that I felt I needed. I wish Dr Prybis would get a different PA .

We were in dr office room for 49 min dr never came into room but he and nurse were outside the room discussing a tv show and carrying on a conversation like there was no one waiting to be seen. Very unprofessional I even left the room to go to bathroom and they still kept talking so WE LEFT
