Good provider.
Answers all my questions and is able to explain everything in terms I can understand.
No waiting as well. He’s always on time

His cold stone like demeanor was hard to feel like I could open up about my issues and not be judged. He did offer advice and a few treatment options but it just felt so uncomfortable, I ended up not bringing up everything I wanted to discuss or ask. He wasn't much of a friendly doctor which made it difficult to feel safe.

Dr is great. But the front staff including the manager could have been ALOT nicer about my situation. I brought a scooter that could not be safely locked up. 100% foldable. And was not allowed to bring it in. The person who called me into a room questioned them why. The manager literally yelled at her that its my responsibility to bring a lock! She asked for a reason why?! And then the whole place heard her yell ITS HER RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING A LOCK! Yet the chc urgent card and Oceano do not care as its folds up. They could have been much nicer and gave an actual reason as to WHY! Which the manager would not give a legitimate reason.
