Loved Melissa! She wasn’t rushed and went over my test results thoroughly and gave me time to ask questions. I would definitely see her again if needed.
She did a great history and physical. Very personable and very thorough. I was very impressed with her care. My only concern is that I thought that she was going to call me in a script for medrol and for a muscle relaxer. My pharmacy has not received it . I called NEOS this morning and after waiting a while , I clicked to request a call back. After not getting a call back for an hour, I called again at 11:15 and a recording informed me that they are on a lunch break and I should call back at 1!!!! Who takes 1 hour and 45 minutes for lunch?? I realize that this is not Melissa’s fault, but this is no way to run a medical practice.
