This was my first visit and that line “first impressions is everything”. I was thoroughly impressed with Melissa, Dr Bili and all the staff I had contact with. I just can’t say enough good about the practice.
This is the second time we have been to the office, and she didn't have the information needed to evaluate my problem. The first time I had lab work and X-rays, she didn't have the results. This time, she didn't know which doctor was treating me or referred me to the Doctor. She was confused, and so am I.
