The reviews listed below were collected independently of Urology of Indiana through rater8. Each review represents an authentic and verified patient experience.
We saw her the day AFTER my husband was released after a triple bypass. We were told we had to attend or we would be charged. Neither she nor her assistant seemed to know or be concerned that he was just released and uncomfortable just walking. Her assistant insisted on doing a bladder scan even though we told her his catheter was removed 6 days earlier ! Neither person was sympathetic nor compassionate towards him ! This has really changed our view of Urology of Indiana !

Melinda Hight and her assistant Desere' were the first people we encountered at Urology of Indiana, Carmel that explained the findings and what and why she was recommending for the next steps.
The CMG1 testing did not go well. The patient , his spouse and caregiver all heard one thing and were then chastised by the technician for NOT listening. She had told us what to do and left the room. She also told us to expect bleeding because of the catheter, but the patient was passing clots that night and the next morning. I left a message and begged for a call back that day. I NEVER received a call back!!!!!

The appointment felt rushed. She addressed only one thing. No mention of why it occurred, past history, how to prevent it in the future, and any alternative treatments or plans.

I had a follow-up with Melinda a week after having several kidney stones removed. She was very thorough with the findings from the x-rays and then removed my stent in as painless and compassionate a manner as I could have hoped for. I wish I had two more hands so I could give her 4 thumbs up.
