Melanie is great. Although the front office girl Sarah i believe is her name was totally horrible customer service agent for your office. I called in morning to schedule an appointment she said i could not get appointment with Melonie. I told her I have been coming to Arbor family for about 16 years. Sarah said we dont accept my insurance. I waited an hour or so called backed and hoped to get someone else again Sarah answered and said I could not get appointment. I asked to speak to someone else , her supervisor. She told me there weren't any supervisors in house today. I asked to send me to Melonies MA she said we dont have MA's . Really!!! She said I could go to another doctor in the office. No thank you. So I decided to call the billing department and ask what was going on. Erica was very helpful and said my insurance has an alert that she should have read that said I could still be seen at your office. I called westminster office and the gal there said I could get in with Melonie
She is a great listener
