Very nice and comforting.
Was referred to this office after diagnosed w portal vein thrombosis, only appt available over a month out & a 2-1/2 hr drive. Nurse was very engaging & took time to note all medical history. PA Galloway came in like a whirlwind, straight to her computer & began typing rapidly & talking w little eye contact or engagement w me. Went over my history, but was in a rush like she had little interest in my visit and had other things on her mind. I understand medical staff are at times overwhelmed but this was a medical office w very few patients, not even a hospital. In the end, no additional tests, bloodwork, nurse took vitals & PA listened to my lungs & felt my abdomen. Not sure why this couldn't have been done over the phone based on my last very thorough drs visit 2 days prior where my entire visit & history was documented & available for them to review. Overall, disappointed w Galloway's lack of interaction & interest w this last visit & I will not be back for any follow-up.
