We did not complete my physical as I was sent across town for a CT scan that they ended up not doing because of an allergy to iodine dye that’s in my file. Totally missed my husband’s appt came back from my jaunt to another clinic to find the doors locked to the office for lunch. I pounded on the door and when they finally answered I found my husband asleep in a chair in the waiting room all by himself. He was told a script for Indomethacin would be called in for his gout. This was Monday, 9-1-25. Only to be told by staff that I would have to come back on Thursday to finish my physical. (Bloodwork, EKG, breast check, etc.). I know the DOCTOR doesn’t actually have time for us but to get this by the PA is really maddening. Frustrated. My husband is in a lot of pain and trying to deal until MRI on Wednesday. I’m not in great shape myself but dealing with it. Went to pick up my husbands meds only to find out THEY WERE NEVER CALLED IN BY THE DOC and OF COURSE DR. OICE IS CLOSED. Very 🤬

Megan really listens and responds specifically to my questions. Additionally, if she isn’t certain of an answer she consults with other doctors - very professional and greatly appreciated.
