Not friendly. In a hurry. I feel like they aren't being straight with me about my knee pain. They don't care about my needs or how to get me there. Everyone is in a rush. The gel shot was more painful when I got home than expected. Hopefully I didn't waste $1000 but I don't feel like they care if I did.
