I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent visit. During the appointment, the provider accused me of wanting to blood dope, when in fact I was simply seeking an iron infusion to help manage my health. Additionally, I am deeply concerned to find that my medication records contain incorrect information. I am not taking any of the medications listed in your records. Please let me know where this information originated, as keeping inaccurate medical records could be highly detrimental to my healthcare. I look forward to your prompt response and to having these records corrected.
