Megan is great and very professional. The only problem is I can only get one injection and I need 2 for both shoulders unfortunately I will need to look for other options .
Megan Bichsel provided exceptional care during my visit. She took the time to clearly explain that my shoulder injury was actually a rotator cuff tear, not just a low‑grade partial‑thickness supraspinatus tear like I originally believed. Her explanation helped me finally understand what was really going on with my shoulder. She also administered a cortisone injection, which gave me noticeable relief from the pain I had been dealing with. I truly appreciate her professionalism, clarity, and the way she made sure I understood my condition and treatment options. I’m grateful for the care she provided
