Had to wait an hour on telehralth site. I had my husband call only to be told it should not have been a telehealth appointment and rather should be in person. Her primary concern seemed to be who suggested a telehealth appointment, not a bit of concern that I waited so long with no idea if I was known to even be waiting, that said, she did take in info regarding post injection symptoms. After that, no f/u was made and there was yet another delay asking for Ca DVit and dexa result before going further. I told her how I had asked at my prior visit if there’s any tests etc needed to ensure surgery before 2025, and was told no. But she did request more after all. Quite disappointing that I could have persued this 2 weeks ago but had no orders for any dexa. Just my honest 2c. I’m still happy with overall care there and would not choose elsewhere.
