Matthew explained my ultra sound findings and explained my treatment options. Said to call him if I have questions about my own research. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but the woman who did the ultrasound was so nice. Explained what she was doing.

He was patient and answered all my questions. I was given the compression socks. They were for sis and should have been a sm. I told him I was diabetic. I question whether these are the correct type of sock, especially since they have seams at the toes , which are the areas where I have pain and blisters. I just think there was some miscommunication in that I may not have explained things well enough.

He was knowledgeable and friendly. Asked if I had questions but I felt like he had no prior knowledge of why I was there even though it was a referral and I don't feel like he really heard my concerns because he did most of the talking and or understood my level of discomfort. I understand insurance makes things harder but I left feeling frustrated. I am hoping at the follow up it will be better.

Treatment was OK Was asked to check in 15 min before appointment time. checked in at 10:40 for 11:00 appointment. at 11:21 was called back to room where I waited another 22 min before I was seen.
