Very easy to talke to and very thorough with his evaluation and evaluation
Very informative made me feel very comfortable
From the minute he entered the room, Matt made me feel so comfortable and a lot of my anxiety melted away. He made me laugh, appears we have the same sense of humor. He explained everything that was to happen, in words I understood. He explained and showed me my x-rays. There was a "snafu" with the insurance and was only able to get one cortisone injection in right knee. The left knee had been injured. Matt quickly had insurance papers filed for gel injection in the left knee and they would call as soon as it was approved. To sum it up, I felt safe and very much at ease with whole situation. Matt made me feel that way. I look forward to seeing Matt again!
