Very nice and professional
After two emergency room visits without answers, I arrived at my appointment in extreme pain. Matthew was incredibly compassionate, professional, and understanding of my discomfort throughout the Office visit. He took the time to explain the possible causes of my severe nerve pain and demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the condition. Most importantly, he immediately put a diagnostic plan in place, so the underlying problem could be identified and treated. I truly appreciated his expertise, professionalism, empathy, and very prompt action during such a painful time.
Matt is very personable . He took time to answer my questions and thoroughly explained options to me.
