“I was interested in the medical field as long as I can remember. My mother is a pharmacist and I always appreciated the bond she had with her patients and the service she happily provided them. Orthopaedic surgery gives me that same opportunity as well as the satisfaction of being able to be part of a team that can improve patient’s quality of life.”
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and rooting for his children with their club soccer teams. He is active in serving at his church in various positions.

Mark is very thorough, knowledgeable and easy to talk with! He walked me through my Iovera procedure and upcoming knee surgery with lots of information! He’s a great part of Dr Bassett’s and Granite Orthopedic’s team!
Mark is highly knowledgeable and very professional. He was patient and answered my many questions about the Iovera treatment. During the treatment he minimized my discomfort.
