I didn't appreciate my Appointment being recorded by the Dr's phone, As a first time patient it made me feel like I did something wrong? I asked the nurse for a Dr note to go back to work , even tho I am not working I still need it for my records and for my Soical worker I was not giving one, just a note stating I have been seen, I asked the nurse and the Dr for one they did not understand what I needed from them it is my right to have any documents that I ask for as long as its about me . I don't understand what I did wrong.
