Excellent communication. Professional and personal. This PA brings a smile, a greeting and a personal touch to EVERY PATIENT he came to escort to his patient room. In a waiting room where most patients are sometimes in pain, sad and anxious this PA brings joy and compassion when he opens the door and calls your name.
