She is easy to communicate with and understand your problem. She answers all your questions or will find out the answers to them. Quickly makes your referrals to appropriate agency and has your prescriptions sent to the pharmacy right away. Her staff responds to your messages before the end of the day.
With such a pleasant personality, I appreciate seeing Melissa because she has an incredible amount of knowledge that she brings to the conversation regarding your health. She answers every question and does not try to get in and get out as fast as she can. That's important for patients who are looking for answers that have yet to be found regarding answers about the decline of their quality of life as it pertains to spinal issues. She may not know the answer, but she is more than willing to order tests that will close a part of the puzzle, or include other practitioners who will help in the diagnostic process.A+++
