Madison was friendly and concerned and identified the complications of the ailment and provided treatment for relief. The facility is very accessible for emergency services.
OMG! She was awesome. So relaxed to speak with, very calming, professional and efficient. What a first visit to Ortho Direct. Everyone (Madison, Joanna. And the X-Ray tech) were incredibly nice and so caring. Would very highly recommend. I left there feeling better about my knee issue as well as more calm about what the future holds. Please let Madison know I was so pleased and impressed with her care.
