Arrived at 7:40am for 8:10am appointment. I checked in and waited until 9:20 AM to be called back for evaluation. Waiting that long with no acknowledgment or apology for being over an hour late by the provider or office staff.

Waited over an hour to see her (without anyone updating on timing). When she finally came into the room, the first thing she said was she was tired up with an emergency. Believe me, I understand, I work in healthcare but the last thing someone wants to hear is your were helping them. Next thing she did was turn her tablet around and said I had severe hearing loss and this is a serious concern. However, did NOT ask if I had questions, however when I did ask questions, she gave off the vibe she was in a hurry, didn’t know how to answer, or irritated because I was actually asking questions. Terrible experience. Getting a second opinion. I don’t recommend her!
