Would like to have had more information as to why I have this ear stoppage from flying and how to avoid it reoccurring on future flights. What can I do or meds to take before flying next time?

She is so great with our kids, thorough, timely, answers all my questions, and despite their Office usually being very busy, after we get through check-in, she gets us back very quickly. We love her and so happy that we switched to this ENT practice!
