Very kind, very comforting, very professional
This is one of many visits and another surgery, allbeit more difficult. She was professional, skillful, safe, all while being her normal friendly & interesting self. This is a terrific facility [Palm Desert].

Please recommend use of eye protection before using cryogenic spray
She started by applying liquid nitrogen on several spots when I had explicitly said I had just two spot I wanted examined, and they were not where she was spraying.
