Nice professional demeanor and adequately supportive under ssensitive circumstances.
Essentially got the job done to our satisfaction.
Since my wife is a Latina and speaks with an obvious accent, could have spoken more deliberately and with a little more volume. Other than that, a satisfactory experience.

Today I had a very bad experience with the person who scanned my bladder. A few moments later when Madeline entered the room, instead of giving me the benefit of the doubt and treating me like I was a patient with a legitimate complaint, she took the other persons side without even knowing what had originally happened. I find this to be a very unprofessional way to treat a paying patient. Apparently, it seems that people in the medical field don't understand the old adage, "the customer is always right". Of course that doesn't mean the customer is always right, but what it means is you treat them with respect as if they were. I was not treated with respect today and it's very disheartening. I treat my own clients with the upmost respect and I expect to be treated the same when I am the patient/client. Perhaps most significantly, not one single person apologize to me today.
