Mackenzie listened to my issues and made thoughtful suggestions.
Mackenzie is very knowledgeable. She helped me make the decision to have a gel injection, when I had decided to get an MRI when I came in the office. She helped me understand the MRI could show us more arthritis or maybe a tear but with the arthritis already in the joints we should try the gel injection to put a cushion between the bones.
Mackenzie is wonderful. She has great bedside manner and takes the time to explain each procedure. She is truly a pleasure to work with.
Mackenzie is great at listening to concerns and providing appropriate feedback.
