Courteous professional answered all my questions. Good visit.
Mckenzie was fantastic! Patient and explained my recovery.
Good communicator… explained the importance of my visit, relayed that my case has been reviewed, they have included recent notes from other professional provider and with additional information from this visit they will make a decision on moving forward with scheduling my hip surgery but also sharing that the final OK will be decided at the office visit just before scheduled surgery. Need to keep doing all we have been doing to make this happen. Waiting for call on whether we can “schedule surgery”.
