Most importantly, she listens to what you have to say. I didn’t feel I was rushed through my appointment.
She listened to my question and then took the time needed to walk me thru what a knee replacement operation would entail and what the recovery time would be.
Having Mackenzie prep me for my second knee replacement was a fantastic experience. Mackenzie was very helpful and able to answer all my questions, as well as providing all the info I need.
She was very nice and answered all our question's.
Mackenzie has done a wonderful job in caring for me before and after my rotator cuff surgery. Takes the time to explain what to do and not do as well as why.
Always great to see Mackenzie! She listens to what I have to say about my knees and makes suggestions for treatment and I value her opinion.
