Very informative and professional
I recently was seen by Mackenzie. The visit was professionally performed from the person making my appointment to the staff person doing the x-rays to Mackenzie’s examination and evaluation. She explained the results of the x-rays and discussed the treatment and follow-up. I left feeling that I had an opportunity to ask questions. And making the follow up appointment was done efficiently. I was impressed by an obviously patient-centered and efficient practice. Thank you.
She is an excellent person who listens to her patients. Took care of what my needs are.
