Fantastic PA!!! Lyndsey truly cares about her patient, my elderly mom. She takes the time to listen and explore issues, resulting in an accurate diagnosis. She goes above and beyond in making sure my mom gets the care and medicine she needs to deal with her recent diagnosis of Crohn’s disease. She is persistent in getting things done in the slow world of insurance approvals. She readily accommodates alternative meetings with zoom and calls to meet my mom’s mobility and technology needs. She treats my mom with respect, kindness and dignity. Lyndsey and her team are role models in providing patient care, I wish all care team professionals could be like them!
