Very kind but I really felt like I wasn't taken very seriously because I didn't have a big dramatic obvious injury.

I was told my choice of provider was out sick and Lucy was my replacement. How Brilliant as Lucy proved to be not only competent and professional, but warm and approachable. I received very comprehensive care and left with all of my questions answered. I appreciated her compassion as I was in considerable shoulder pain and never felt dismissed.
