Too much paperwork.
Use to be 5 stars, but now IMPOSSIBLE To SIMPLY get my prescriptions bc pharmacy reaches out with questions before they'll fill even on rx's ive previously taken for years, but new rx's constantly are not being filled bc they want to ensure the prescriber understands that he's prescribing meds that could potentially have some sort of interaction with the combination and they send multiple prior auths concerning these simple issues that could be very EASILY,SIMPLY taken care of, so I dont spend MONTHS just to get 2 meds that were ordered over 2 Mos ago, and COUNTLESS HOURS OVER COUNTLESS DAYS CALLING THE OFFICE, SENDING DIGITAL CONCERNS ON THE PORTAL which is extremely difficult for me to navigate due to serious vision issues. It takes at minimum 45 min to send one note online, and I eventually have to arrange ANOTHER OFFICE APPOINTMENT, to bring my issues to the table there, I spend countless hours of my life, Trying to simply get the prescriptions that I need that have been ordered.
