Lucas lacks the experience I need to be in order to get a 5 star review. He hurried my two injections and consequently was in extreme pain thru both shots. He should be informed to go slow at the site of injection. He said it hurt because it was the angle of the shot..which he defended his "it works because it hurts. He could not be more misinformed. Ive had 6 of these procedures. Not once did my previous attendant put me thru such excruciating pain. Secondly, he was more interested in me considering a knee replacement and he could give me the name of his boss. I felt like I was talking to a used car salesman. I will not make another appt. with him.
He is very pleasant and respectful. Knowledgeable and ready to assist and listen. Working with him again this week hopefully we can solve my problem.
Great provider listens to concerns and left it open for me to come back in as needed.

Unfortunately he seemed rushed with very little bedside manner, And there was a person with him / shadowing him but he didn’t say who that person was or get my consent to have them in the room. This seems like it should be standard practice.
