Very good
Very personable and informative.
I like Lucas, how you run your office needs more thought. Telling me I need to show up at noon for a 1 pm appointment is inconsiderate. Then the appt does not take place until 1:20. I guess my time doesn’t matter. Also, to use my time productively I like to return phone calls —but that can’t happen because it is not convenient to you. Be considerate of you patients and you willl do better.
Saw Luke during my hospital stay and for my first post-op office visit. Warm, friendly and encouraging. Everything you need when you feel like crap and think you're making no progress at all.
Very patient and friendly. Explains injury and recovery process. He answered all my concerns. He listened to me and didn’t rush me. Super happy with his care.
