Lori Gomez listened and understood my concern. She sympathized with me not feeling well & began resolving the issue with a medication needing a prior authorization. I appreciate her efficiency & professionalism towards my care- she also followed up with Dr. Torres's response as well. Great Work! Thank You So Much!
