Ms Gomez did a great job explaining my concerns… the problem is the waiting process continues to be too long .. from the time we are put in waiting room u til she comes in.. then the wait for the labs is still too long

I waited two hours to see her. Appointment at 9:30. I arrived 15 min early as told. Saw dr at 11:30. I won't be back.
