Would have felt better if she would have personally assessed me. Good with comparing X-rays. Should have encouraged PT as I never had this much discomfort in the past. Medications ordered were appropriate but hands on and meds go better until initial injury is redolved. She did say prescription would be given for pt but went in portal and didn’t see one

So very personable and caring! Took time to speak to me and didn’t rush at all! It was a pleasant experience.

I received excellent care for my injury ahead of was thorough, communication about my injury & symptoms was excellent & treatment plan & further evals were promptly executed. I very much appreciated & felt confident in her care.

Absolutely the best experience we could have had in an urgent situation with a teenager in a lot of pain. Lindsey was calm, extremely caring and understanding, and explained all options thoroughly.
