I did not feel heard. My daughter can not even straighten her leg to walk. I believe she needed atleast one day off or more of school for the injury to calm down and hopefully be able to straighten her leg to be able to walk. Having to go to school the next day is dangerous. It can cause more injury. I even asked the check out lady to speak with this PA LINDSEYto get a note for school even if for one day since it was Friday the following day. She refused, although she did issue a note for no physical activity, such as gym in sports for two weeks. She is seven she has recess twice a day and also running activities in school. Today is the following day. My daughter still cannot bend her leg straight and is still having trouble walking. I had to keep her hoop from school unexcused. I am not happy.

She was very thorough and very compassionate to my elderly Mother who fell.

She explained all the procedures and the benefits. She was empathetic and displayed high level of professional skills.

Lindsay was extremely friendly and thorough in her exam .I came in mainly because of sudden extreme pain in my foot but she also wanted to check out my knee injury from last week and when she saw the swelling, she said that I needed a CT scan and suggested we drain some fluid andto. find out if there was blood in the fluid. She did find blood in the fluid which was an indication that we were on the right track to get CT scan. I was extremely pleased with my visit with Lindsay.
