Very nice. Took the time to take X-rays on my hip and back at lumbar area to be sure what was causing my pain down my right leg. Explained things well for me and gave me some pain medication to ease the pain as I was due for a lumbar injection in three days after elimination of the hip and concentrate on the L3 area pinching nerves.
Temporary help with pain through meds. Prompt and informative.
Friendly, professional and explained everything clearly while being efficient. So happy she was who I saw while at OIP. Thank you Lindsey

Wonderful
Ms. Smith was not very friendly when we spoke to her about my son's on going foot condition. He has severe severs which unfortunately has flare-ups when he is involved with sports. We went to see OIP for second opinion because this was closer than driving to our specialist in York. I understood the options were limited but was hopeful she could evaluate him further to see if the condition worsened. Her initial greeting was " Why are you here." Going forward I will no longer waste my time at OIP I will refer back to his specialist going forward.
