Refused to even examine me...with intense back/shoulder pain. Secretary at the front desk decided it was likely rib pain and after speaking with the provider, said they don't do ribs. How in the world are we now at a place where the front desk secretary is triaging people. The provider would not even see me to make an assessment. So I spent the day in the ER with torn muscle!

Lindsay was very detailed and took her time to diagnose the issue. Initially it looked like a stress fracture in the foot. Turns out it was a spider bite. I already feel relief after two days of antibiotics.

Came in to the Raleigh Ortho Urgent Care on Edwards Mill Rd. this morning at 11 am. I had been hurting for several days and was hoping for relief. Before noon, I had Xrays, a thorough examination by PA Lindsay Carnes and a well thought out and explained plan to deal with my neck issues. I left with confidence that I was on the way to recovery. It is now 5 pm on the same day and I already feel so very much better. Thanks and appreciation are due to Lindsay and the entire team at the Urgent Care Center.

I can't get over the reduction in pain of left knee in past 12 hours. #8 pain level noon Saturday when I could not walk without a walking cane, Noon Sunday #2 pain and no cane.
