It wasn't busy. She was not friendly or welcoming. After she barked at me I was afraid to ask questions. I left feeling very badly.

She is so personable and thorough. She took time to know my past history, to listen and to advise me on how I can help myself. She also gave me a cortisone injection and was very gentle. I felt very comfortable with her.
