I don’t ever write reviews, but wanted to share my experience so other people won’t have to go through this. I am a 65-year-old woman that went in with a sprained foot that I could not bear weight on. I found the female staff members other than Lindsey to be rude and unhelpful. I went in with my 60-year-old sister and as we were leaving the nurse and receptionist were at the computer by the treatment rooms. My sister asked if we could get a wheelchair and just got an annoyed yes. When she asked where they were, she got another annoyed answer. Instead of getting us a wheelchair it was like she expected us to know where they were. The nurse and the receptionist both just seemed annoyed at everything. The young man that helps with equipment was very helpful and friendly. Lindsay was very friendly, but then disappeared and I had to deal with the annoyed nurse. Due to the lack of any kind of compassion I would never recommend this place to anyone or go there again myself.

Lindsay listened to me intently before giving her medical advice. She gave me options that made sense for my situation. I can honestly say I was really impressed, that doesn't happen and gave me confidence that my injury won't keep repeating itself if I follow her advice.
