While Lillie was pleasant it was apparent she had not read my chart & seemed to be in a very big hurry to get down the hall. There appeared to be a miscommunication between she & the young lady who preceded her who took my staples out and applied strips as Lillie remarked how was she supposed to see the incision. Her comment made me feel like some how that was my fault. My experiences with E & B in the past have always been positive. This one was not. The office seemed rather quiet so perhaps staffing was short 2 days before the holiday weekend.. Thought it was also odd that I was left to navigate through the halls back to reception unaccompanied while on a walker.

Really nice but 30 minutes late

Lillie was clear and concise in explaining what my MRI indicated. She expressed a desire to be sure that I understood what she was telling me and had no problem deferring to Dr Smith for further details/options.
