I have been seeing orthopedic doctor's for 30 + years, I've never been impressed with an assistant until now. Ms.Moretti is outstanding, extremely through with every aspect of my issues and helped me to understand the results of my recent procedure. I didn't feel like the "next in line" but rather like a friend she genuinely was concerned about and wants to help. I hope this dreat doctor knows how lucky they are to have such an outstanding assistant.

Lee Anne Moretti, RPA-C joined Advanced Orthopedic Center in 2026. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Canisius College and her Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from D’Youville College, graduating summa cum laude in 2011. Lee Anne spent nearly eight years at Physicians Rehabilitation, a sports medicine clinic, where she treated patients with a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and joint conditions. She also has extensive experience in emergency medicine and currently works in the Emergency Department at Fawcett Memorial Hospital. Her experience includes joint injections, X-rays, PRP procedures, and developing treatment plans for orthopedic conditions.
In her free time, Lee Anne enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, working out, and cheering on her Buffalo sports teams.
