Ms. Ballesteros was excellent! She treated mom with much kindness. She recommended us to see the patient advocates to help my mom with things that she needs. She informed my sister and I, on what we can do to help my mom. She is very professional and took her time to make sure all of our concerns were addressed.

I have been with PA Ballesteros since she began at Gonzaba. She knows me better than I know myself. She is an Amazing PA. I always feel comfortable with her and telling her any issues that may arise medically. Always the Professional!

In addition to English, PA Baez speaks fluent Spanish.
PA Baez enjoys spending time with family and close friends, especially her husband, Ernesto, and new baby, Larsen Alura. They are awaiting the birth of their 2nd child in April 2017. Other hobbies include photography, traveling, outdoor activities and watching movies.
