She is very nice easy to talk to and answers all the questions I ask her she's great.

True definition of Gonzaba’s motto of like family! She answers all my questions and addresses my health concerns. Being able to trust my provider with my health is of the up most importance.

I told assistant to print prescriptions since I moved and I didn't want to wait in area then they tell me they called them in .then they would have to call cancel them then reissue like it was my fault.pay attention I'm sick I said forget I had to call pharmacy and transfer them b4 I left she said I would be off Thurs n Fri I didn't see note till I left said return Friday then made it seem I just wanted to be off..I know I was coughing bad and the people who answered the phones heard me and she said I wasn't contagious which I knew that but coughing my lungs out wasn't option to go to work.today is Monday I went got sent right back home then she told assistant for me to go to urgent care for chest xray cuz she heard me cough so b4 I went I called back to see if I just go to xray or what since they said pa said for me to go then they said no she didn't order it she recommended it I'm like that's not what u said 3 min ago if she heard me cough could have ordered it saved me 50.00

I am gaining weight and thought of playing hooky, but I decided to come and face the firing squad. We’ve been celebrating my birthday lots of times. This is normal for my family. OA Ballesteros was firm , but understands. She stressed that I need to follow my diet and I need to learn to say no to my family when they bring food I should not eat. I will do better now!

Took 2 hours to see me. My appointment was at 2:40pm and didn’t see her until almost 4:30pm. I understand they are busy but so am I and appointment times should be kept with a reasonable time.
