Leah Hays, PA-C, was born and raised in rural Nebraska and truly loves servicing communities much like the one she grew up in. Leah chose Family Practice because it offers the combination of continuity of care and the unique opportunity to become an active part of a patient's long-term health goals. She believes this to be the very essence of good medicine.
