Dismissive and rude when questioned about imaging I had specifically requested. After further imaging she said we’ll schedule a follow up, slammed the door, and left me sitting in the room with no further instructions. I then had to wander out into the hallway and find someone to ask what was going on. Her stated reason for being dismissive was because I didn’t show her with my hands exactly where it hurt and I had to explain to her that I couldn’t reach that high. When a patient tells you where it hurts, but cant reach the spot on their back, maybe, just maybe, actually listen to the patient, not where their hands can reach. Completely rude and disrespectful. She didn’t give any treatment options *at all* for the two herniated discs they *did* find. No follow up care information, nothing.

This was the best experience I’ve had in a medical practice. Lauren was able to see me last minute for my acute back pain and with my time restraints she was able to treat me quickly. Very knowledgeable, did a though check up and treated me fast! She will be my go to provider in this office!

Lauren did an excellent job of explaining the MRI of my spine and of answering my questions in a way that made sense to me. She answered my questions related to treatment options so that I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. She was very caring and understanding which removed a lot of the stress for me.
