Lauren Yuro

Lauren Yuro, MS, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with extensive experience in neurosurgery, neurocritical care, and surgical first-assist. She is part of the Atlantic Brain and Spine team, where she provides compassionate, comprehensive care for patients with complex brain and spine conditions.

Lauren supports patients through every stage of their journey — from the first appointment to recovery. She works closely with the neurosurgical team to guide treatment plans, assist in surgery when needed, and ensure patients and their families feel informed, supported, and confident in their care.

Her background includes work in neurosurgery, pediatric surgical specialties, trauma, orthopedics, and urology, giving her a broad perspective on caring for patients with a wide range of needs. She is skilled in interpreting diagnostic imaging, assisting in advanced procedures, and communicating in a way that helps patients clearly understand their diagnosis and options.

Lauren earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHS University in Manchester, NH, and her Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Psychology from Wheaton College in Norton, MA. She holds certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and maintains active NCCPA board certification.
