I went to Raleigh Orthopaedic with a knee problem yesterday thru Urgent Care and was seen by Lauren Wall. It was a positive and very helpful experience. Ms. Wall was able to bring up my visit of 10 years ago with Dr. Smith along with his notes and xrays that were taken at that time. We were able to compare my right knee with the new images. I was given a Crtisone shot and my knee today is very much better. Thank you for providing a very positive experience along with relief for my knee paid

Lauren has a good bedside manner. She is upfront with my condition. She gives a good cortisone shot. I really liked having her. The one thing she could have done was reminded me that opiods (oxycodone) cause constipation. I learned the hard way.

Lauren is both personable and professional. I love seeing her every time I have to get these darn shots I. My knee. She makes the experience much better!

My first appointment was her was outstanding!! She was sensitive to my needs and knew exactly how to target my shoulder problems I felt 100% confident with her treatment plan for me as well. Would recommend her to everyone!

She was an hour late and didn’t know what the diagnosis was that she gave to my daughter. She should have had a doctor come in to discuss it with me.
