I'm most pleased with Lauren Shina and the care I receive. She's very thorough, listens and explains issues well. She's my favorite of all the PA's I've had!!

Lauren did not initially provide a comprehensive discussion of results. I had to prompt her to review year over year trends of allergy tests. I had to point out that numbers increased. I had to call out the information I found via my chart to ensure a thorough conversation and next steps plan was discussed.
I did not see Lauren before the allergy test was delivered and was not able to discuss changes with her prior to the medical staff completing the skin test.
Lauren did not seem familiar with my case and I don’t believe she took the time to review past appointments or previous test results. I will ask to see someone different at my next appointment.
