Lauren has had experiences with orthopedic surgery herself due to running injuries and has always been interested in the specialty. “The opportunity to help another patient get back out there doing what they love - whether it's running or hiking or simply being able to bend down and pick up their grandchild, that is a special opportunity I'm happy to play a part in,” said Lauren.
She enjoys the personal connection she can make with patients as a physician assistant. Her patients can expect a provider who will listen and be a valuable resource in helping them accomplish their goals.
When Lauren isn’t caring for patients, she enjoys traveling with her family to the beach or skiing in Colorado. An avid runner, Lauren has completed 15 full marathons including the Boston Marathon three times and more than 30 half marathons.

I have had two knee replacement surgeries and have seen Dr Maupin and Lauren Pratt and I am pleased with the outcome of each surgery and the the friendliness and professionalism of this office. I definitely recommend them!
