Informative, knowledgeable and great listener.
Great experience! Lauren was very thorough and everyone was so friendly and professional.
Lauren is excellent. She also NEEDS to have some type of access to a proprietary text box or a n email that a patient like myself can communicate with her directly. Having to text an administration person who then has to forward the message to Lauren is a very poor communication policy! However she is a trooper and just works around around it to communicate with her patients, leaving me voice mail messages at night. Shame on management they are holding her back!!!
