She and the office could have done more, and I wasn’t a fan of the language they used. They kept saying that everything looked good on the X-rays and that, apparently because of my insurance, they just wanted to recommend physical therapy—even though I’ve already done it before and it only helped a little. I’m just a bit frustrated. They were kind and nice, but I didn’t really get the help I was looking for.
