I saw Lauren Francisci when Dr. Salva (who I usually see) was booked up and I’m very pleased with my appointment. First off, she was INCREDIBLY NICE!!! That’s gotta he said first. Her bedside manner was great, she listened thoroughly to what I had to say, gave me her opinion and was very open to discussion. A lotta drs I’ve seen aren’t as open for discussion which is why I mention this. She was fantastic and I’m very happy with my appointment with her. I think her game plan for how to treat me is solid so overall I’m very pleased with our appointment.
Lauren was excellent, professional, even added a little humor, to help me with a situation that makes most men uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend her highly.
I asked for instructions for the sample medication that was given to my mom, she said it’s on the box. I explained again my mom is in assisted living and needed a script or printout from today’s visit. She explained notes are done later. So my mom still hasn’t been able to start new meds. As you know assisted living has very strict rules from the state to be followed. At check out I asked the girl to include fax number and persons name to be faxed to and she did. I had to bring in urine sample this morning,front desk very helpful with faxing info over and also giving me a copy of the visit. Thanks
