Lauren was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. She made me feel at ease.
Considerable amount of blood in Foley since a catheter replaced. Staining clothing and of course possible loss of blood. On 7/18 i had a catheter replaced and on 7/23 diagnosed with a UTI spent 7 days in hospital on that occasion.. I really hoped for more to go right than what is occurring. Should I be concerned about blood level. I met with Lauren on 7/12. Is this normal no worry or a problem. I say ok but I dont know.

Quick, efficient stent removal. Pleasant and responsive to my questions. Disappointed there was no follow up when I called office with concerns later in the day. Not sure whose responsibility it was to respond to phone message.

5 Star She's excellent Urology. I feel comfortable and safe with her service.
Lauren is good at what she does but the fact that I have to make an appointment to give a urine sample is so ridiculous. I have chronic UTIs and I work full time. Everytime I need to give a urine specimen, I have to take time off from work and I don't get paid. If it's about the copay, I will gladly pay to just drop off the specimen.
