She was very professional and thorough.
Ms. Dennis was excellent in discussing my test results and follow-up care. She is very personable and made me feel I was in good hands. She provided clear explanations and took the time to address my concerns. I left the office feeling confident about my care plan.
I requested an ipratropium bromide 90-day refill like I receive from Mandy, which is more convenient. My pharmacy had an order ready for a 30-day supply with 5 refills. Picky but the 90-day is better for me, & I did ask for it. Laurel could be a little more gentle doing the ear cleaning. According to her there was not much to remove. Nice attitude talking to me. Person before her acted too hurried.
