The entire team at SOO was great. Ms Rhodes took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment. Her assistant was great too. Awesome job! Thank you!

Failed to listen. Misdiagnosed the extent of my knee injury. Failed to offer a much needed brace. Failed to request a second opinion by a qualified physician. Rated a 1 because there is no 0.

Needs a little more practice and listening and paying attention to a patient's chart when it comes to allergies. She pulled out a packet of iodine to rub on my skin, and I am definitely allergic. It is stated in my chart.
