why I would give Ms. Schultz such a low rating? Her complete lack of empathy. She impressively scrolled through the 8/2 MRI; but breezed past the post kyphoplasty 8/28 x-ray. I had a list of questions clipped to the blue clipboard but … when I was wheeled back from x-ray, all paperwork had vanished. quite frankly, I was in too much pain to realize the questions were gone. while checking me for range of motion, I went for the max and I bent over further than I probably ever should to show her the contradiction in my body of being limber, but unable to lean forward from a sitting to standing position. •• it’s now 9/3, i’m still unable to stand unassisted; and the pain zooms impressively once vertical. since I came home from my visit with her on 8/28, I have not left my bedroom. •• when I told her how limited I was and how I wasn’t healing and how I was having a incontinence problem ~~ A slight demonstration of concern would’ve been nice.
Always takes good care of me
Miss Schultz is always very informative always willing to answer any and all of my questions. I never feel rushed or unimportant. I walk away feeling very clear on expectations and I’m always satisfied that. I clearly understand what the next step is very very professional.
She was thorough, patient and kind. She offered me several options and allowed me the time to chose. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. I hope she gets a chance to see this review. Thank ypu
