Kyndal is a very nice and sweet employee. What I’m upset about is when a new provider takes over one that left the practice, they know nothing about my history whatsoever because they did not review it prior to calling me in. I have a very complex medical history and I feel misheard and definitely misunderstood because she didn’t take the time to look

She's always very informative whenever I'm there. She explains everything very thoroughly and clearly so I can fully understand what she's telling me. Im glad she's the PA who's been working with me!

Very upset as this PC has never offered options to deal with My back issues and chronic pain. This recent visit she completely undermined my pain saying my issue is middle and shouldn’t be painful!!! My situation is far from just mild and I was completely insulted. This PC has never made me feel comfortable or that she actually has my best interest at hand. She debates and denies my request and ideas for maybe some new alternative treatments. I would never recommend this PC.
I feel Kendal Schultz is very knowledgeable and has answers for all my questions and concerns. I like her and recommend her.
