She answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I found out that I was seeing the PA when I was sent an email to confirm my appointment. I called the office on Monday and was told I would see the PA at the beginning of my appointment followed with Dr. Russo coming in to answer any questions. I feel the surgeon should see you on the first visit following surgery,

Wait in the office was too long. I was just about ready to leave when she walked in. After my treatment I was out of there in a minute. I had another appointment made that I was late for. Your time and my time is just as important.

I’m thoroughly impressed by this Dr. she listened intently to my situation. Had empathy and compassion for my issues and concerns about traveling to visit my aging parents in Canada, enough to take action to treat and remedy my current pain issue. I was explained with the deepest of concern for my health sake about the need to loose a good amount of weight. Understood the need for my health and taking serious steps to do just that. The ultimate solution will be a TKR.
