Excellent visit. Very thorough in answering my questions. The injection has given me great relief.
I was very impressed with the excellent care I received today at EmergeOrtho at Lake Junaluska. Kyle Bailey is a true asset. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about my knee. He showed me the picture of the X-rays and answered all questions. He explained very well the treatment needed, the medication I should take and then proceeded with the injection of Cortisone into my knee, and I barely felt anything. I would rate him a 20 rather than a 5, if I could, and tonight I can walk and I am pain free!! Thank you Kyle Bailey!!! Thanks also to all staff who were so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend EmergeOrtho and Kyle Bailey. You’re the best!!

I had staples removed as it was my 2 week visit after surgery. Kyle was very knowledgeable about the wound care and extremely gentle removing the staples. Quick and painless:)
