Kristi grew up in Winston-Salem and Charlotte, North Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Appalachian State. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, she became a Medical Scribe and Clinical Research Coordinator while preparing to attend PA school. She obtained a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at South University in Richmond, Virginia in 2019. She has practiced primarily in Urgent Care, and has some Primary Care experience as well.

She is excited to practice in the Asthma, Allergy, and Immunology specialty and is devoted to practicing compassionate, evidence-based care. As a chronic asthma and allergy patient herself, she is humbled and eager to help our patients and develop lasting relationships.
In her free time, Kristi loves being outside, traveling, and spending time with family, her dog Bee, and friends. She also enjoys the mountains, music, coffee, and good food.
